From Northern Minnesota to the “Live Music Capital of the World”
I was born and raised in the picturesque landscape of Northern Minnesota, in the charming town of Thief River Falls. It was there that I completed my high school education, graduating in 2011. During my high school years, I not only excelled academically but also found my calling in the world of sports, becoming a State Wrestling Champion. This experience instilled in me the values of hard work, determination, and perseverance.
A Wrestling Journey and Chiropractic Revelation
My passion for wrestling led me to Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, where I wrestled at the Division 3 level. It was during my junior year that I achieved the prestigious title of All-American, securing the 6th position at the national tournament. Wrestling not only shaped my character but also introduced me to the field of chiropractic care. One of my teammates’ fathers happened to be a chiropractor, and I noticed a significant improvement in my performance and overall well-being with regular chiropractic visits. The connection between spinal health and peak performance became evident to me, and I decided to pursue this path.
Academic Pursuits and Chiropractic Education
After graduating with an undergraduate degree in Biology, emphasizing the health and medical sciences, I ventured into graduate school. I pursued my Doctor of Chiropractic with a sports emphasis at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In April 2021, I proudly received my chiropractic degree.
Experience and the Road to Austin
In July 2023, I made Austin my home and opened my chiropractic clinic in the Stonelake office building. This space started as a blank canvas and was transformed into the warm, welcoming clinic you see today.

best customer service I’ve ever had! To start, they texted me when I prematurely hung up on their call before they answered. Made sure I was taken care of day of. The receptionist is super friendly and can tell she loves her job and is proud to work for a great doctor. Dr Jacoby has pictures of all his clients he has fixed everywhere in the office. Diagrams, machines, and other tools were used to show just how messed up I was. And the issues were not only said by him first from just feeling my spine, but shown and proven in these techniques and adjustments. This was a really cool experience and he even referred me to a great lawyer as I am here for a car accident. I paid nothing! I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Dr. Jacoby is the best chiropractor I have encountered. He is very thorough and takes his time with your specific need. He doesn’t try to give you a quick adjustment and rush you out of the door. If he recommends the spinal decompression machine, it is a must. The whole progress he recommended to me took me from barely being able to bend down and put my own shorts in to feel the bets I’ve felt in years.
Dr. Jacoby has created such a positive experience from the start. He genuinely cares, takes time to listen, and makes sure you feel comfortable and informed during each visit. Doctor Jacoby knows what he is doing, he’s got very good determination of what’s happening with your spine, also he is very caring, detail oriented, explains everything about the process, and i always felt elevated after every visit. I’m glad i made the right decision by coming here, because i randomly found this place on google and i feel lucky. Also, there are good stretching technologies/machinery, and massage like room which feels very good and is very good perk to be included on every visit. I think everyone should do sessions with him to maintain a healthy spine before any issues arise

Dr. Jacoby is fabulous! I walked in there as a 32yo woman barely able to walk after a wreck. He was very thorough in the examination process and explained everything along the way. It took one special visit that my bones finally cooperated and got into the right place and I FINALLY walked up right with very low pain and am no longer hobbling along or doubled over. The pain is still there and some days I almost get knocked to my face from the shooting pain but I’m very early in the healing process and completely trust in the process.<br><br>The same way that I trust in God, I trust in Stonelake Chiropractic to heal my body and help me to live and walk without pain again.<br><br>My healing journey isn’t over but I am so thankful to have a wonderful doctor and amazing Miss Dasa who gets everybody scheduled flawlessly and knows and greets everybody by name.
